Below are details of our production and shipping times for your orders.

DELIVERY INFO:

All products are printed & embroidered on site after you place your order.

PRINTING
Please allow 2-3 working days for us to print items in your order.

EMBROIDERY
Products with embroidery in your order takes 3-4 working days for us to embroider your items.

SHIPPING
Orders are then shipped with Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked.

Delivery from ordering to arrival should be about 4-7 working days.

This is not a guaranteed delivery time.  This may be slightly longer due to slow stock arrival, Royal Mail delays or at busy peak times.
We will of course contact you if we expect any issues.

When you place an order you will be provided with an estimated delivery date at the checkout and in your order confirmation email.

TRACK MY ORDER

We will email you tracking information when your order has been dispatched which will update regularly so that you can keep an eye on the progress of the delivery. 

Occasionally parcels take slightly longer to arrive than we would like, but any delays will be communicated via the tracking information.

Please allow 7-10 working days for the order to arrive before contacting our customer service team.
